IR as a Service

Short term projects

  • We review existing materials as well as build new pitch books and tearsheets to confidently go to market, focusing on messaging, engagement and differentiation.

    We create monthly and quarterly content for LPs and prospects based on the needs of the fund and the investors.

  • We jump in where needed to set up processes including firm DDQs, data rooms, CRM clean up and maintenance and other operations resources. We work with compliance to establish processes around filings and reporting requirements. We coordinate processes and communications internally across teams as well as external vendor management.

    For emerging or established managers we tailor projects to the specific client needs.

  • We work with you to create your own firm and fund DDQs and the associated documents essential to fund management and conversations with LPs.

Medium term engagements

  • We support fundraising processes for open ended and closed ended funds and can manage all aspects of fundraising, from lead cultivation to due diligence and all the way through onboarding.

  • We implement and integrate project management productivity tools and systems to support business development, LP client service and ongoing relationship management.

  • We set up and manage due diligence questionnaires as well as preparations for meetings with prospects. We work with you to scale your investor base to manage complex due diligences with institutional LPs - including consultants, endowments and foundations, OCIOs and sovereign wealth funds.

    DDQs, RFPs, RFIs - we streamline requests for clients and facilitate management around client mandates.

Day to day fractional support

  • We provide ongoing backbone support to LPs, interfacing with investment teams, finance, compliance and operations as well as external service providers and vendors to achieve top tier service fit to the clients’ needs. We lead business development strategic and operational efforts, building out client tracking and maintenance of client activity throughout the capital raising process and ongoing interactions.

  • We focus on the operations that support your goals to build, retain and maintain relationships with strategically aligned LPs.
