With extensive experience in asset management, client service and organizational effectiveness in global organizations as well as startups and boutique firms - Magenta Mountain Consulting came to life.
No matter the size or industry focus - every business needs strong strategic operations and infrastructure as well as clear client service and relationship management tools to establish a stable foundation, optimally serve its clients, and find its path and potential for long term, sustainable growth.

Lauren DiCerbo
FOUNDER
Lauren launched Magenta Mountain with a background in asset management where she held previous roles in Investor Relations. As the Head of IR at her most recent firm, a startup global quantitative equity fund, Lauren was a strategic partner to clients, supporting individuals, family offices, foundations and endowments, pensions and other institutional capital. Additionally, Lauren held past roles in client service and human resources for multiple global organizations. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BS in human and organizational development.
All of this experience led Lauren here. She has seen the challenges and successes of client service and investor relations through her deep experience in established businesses as well as early stage startups. She is motivated by the complexity of solving for the strategic and operational opportunities to create efficiency, stability and scalability as it relates to the current and future state of your business and investors.
Lauren currently serves as co-chair for 100Women in Finance, Northern California where she leads a committee of women who create educational programming and peer engagement events and opportunities for the financial services community. Lauren is based in the Bay Area and enjoys spending time hiking in the redwoods with her family.
